I think better advice would be to always see what others have to say about anyone you want to hire, regardless of their ethnicity. Olivia, I think that kind of response is exactly what NewOnTheBlock was alluding to. I have not been ripped off majorly yet, but it's true that Bayside has been less than welcome to many new arrivals.
