Posted by AFA AFA TO ASSIST NFL FILMS IN DOING RESEARCH FOR A PROPOSED NEW REALITY TV SHOW The American Football Association has been called upon by NFL FILMS to assist them in locating prospects for a proposed new TV reality show. The producers are searching for semi-pro football linebackers across the country who have the skill, size, strength, speed and desire to compete for an opportunity to go to an NFL training camp this year and are willing to step forward and be identified. To help in the identification process of these available linebackers, the AFA national office has given NFL Films the names of every linebacker who had been named as an AFA All-American for the past few years. Realizing not every linebacker on every semi-pro team has had a chance to be named as an AFA All-American over the years - the AFA has agreed to help NFL Films seek out others for the same opportunity. Ever wonder where those reality shows get their prospects? Who pre-qualifies the contestants before the elimination process begins? In this case it will be the American Football Association helping NFL Films by bringing their attention to the best semi-pro football linebackers in the country today. Are you a linebacker, a good linebacker (or someone who thinks he has what it takes to play linebacker in the NFL) and would like the opportunity to compete for an appearance on the proposed new reality show? Are you a semi-pro football coach who knows the name of a linebacker or two that deserves a chance to be interviewed for this opportunity? Forward the following information to NFL Films c/o Kate Evans at: Be sure to include the following: Link: American Football Association
