We are expecting a large number of participants, so it is highly recommended that you pre-register by one of these four methods methods; 1. Online @ www.nypredators.net and Click on pop up window or select online registration on left tab. 2. Emailing registration to nypredators@yahoo.com 3.Calling New York Predators coaching staff at 927-627-9119 before Thursday March 18, 2004 as space is limited. 4. Fax: 1-703-997-4440 A pre-registration fee of $25 will be charged and required to be paid in CASH or Money Order (No Checks)during registration. A credit card is required if registering online. A fee of $30 will be charged for all walk-ups. Proper photo ID such as a valid driver's license will be needed. All participants will be required to sign a waiver and fill out a registration form before beginning any part of the workout. These forms will be at the registration desk. You must be 18 years or older by March 1, 2004. There will be a trainer on hand, however he/she will not be taping anyone. There will be no kicking or punting at this tryout. Participants should be prepared to complete any drills that are done at a professional football combines or tryouts including but not limited to: Short Shuttle, 40 Yard Dash, Broad Jump, Bench Press, One-on-One Drills, etc. The tryout will be held indoors on a synthetic surface, so you need to bring appropriate clothing and shoes (bring football cleats). You should also bring a mouthpiece. EXPERIENCE: IN THE FOLLOWING AREA PLEASE WRITE IN ALL YOUR FOOTBALL EXPIERENCE. INCLUDE ALL SCHOOLS AND/OR TEAMS.
