Can't help with doing one for you but this may help in lieu of any other offers.....
It is a guide for developing a website yourself for free! With very very limited computer expertise required!
Depending which one you use (I've found Yola which used to be Synthasite very easy)they provide ready made templates for you to just add text/photos, it really is very easy!
The guide is for sports clubs but actually is just some free websites that can be used for anything.
