25 hours per week on a salary range of £28,633 to £31,242.

We offer an exciting career development opportunity to an experienced children’s services professional who has relevant experience in the areas of HR, policy planning, fund raising and financial management. With a qualification in a relevant field and at least three years management experience, you will advocate for Family Care’s services to children and families with a range of stakeholders. In working across our exciting partnerships we seek someone with a commitment to the values of Family Care recognising our faith based origins.
Family Care’s innovative teams recruit, assess, and support adopters; provide adoption support services; arrange programmes of emotional support for children and families around bereavement, loss and domestic violence; and offer advice and training on safeguarding issues across the County. Family Care is committed to positively shaping children’s futures.
