Future Jobs Fund - COUNTY PROVISION UPATE
Please see the attached letter we received yesterday from Mick Burrows, Chief Executive of Nottinghamshire County Council. You will see that Nottinghamshire County Council will no longer be leading on the Nottinghamshire Future Jobs Fund bid. You will also note that they are committed to seeing a Future Jobs Fund scheme in the County and would like to see a bid that is led by, and enhances, the voluntary sector. This is positive news and shows their support for the sector.
Enable are confident that your prospective job pledges through this fund will not be affected. We are meeting with the County Council next week for a further update and to see what role Enable can play to ensure the future successful delivery of this fund.
