Within the recent NHS Next Stage Review, the government highlighted their intention of improving all healthcare services to achieve and sustain the highest quality possible. Following this a commitment was established to create modern, responsive community services of a consistently high standard.
The Transforming Community Services programme has been established to support the delivery of the above in addition to the process of reshaping some of the internal functions of NHS organisations. Locally within Bassetlaw, the Primary Care Trust is currently in the process of obtaining a range of patients, public and stakeholder views and feedback regarding current NHS Community Services in order to establish a benchmark and identify areas for further improvement. In order to do this, a Listening to You Survey has been developed to enable us to discover public views and experiences of using NHS Community Services within Bassetlaw. Please follow the attached link to the PCT website in order to access this.
It would be much appreciated if you could spare the time to complete a response to the survey and return it by post to the Patient and Public Involvement Team, Bassetlaw PCT, FREEPOST NEA15989, Retford, DN22 7BR by Wednesday 19th August.
Your feedback is very much appreciated and will enable us to put together an effective plan to develop NHS Community Services within Bassetlaw.
