Back to Basics - one-day seminar
Please see link below for details of a FREE one-day seminar taking place on Wednesday 9 September 2009 from 9-30am at the Holocaust Centre, Laxton, Newark NG22 0PA.

The seminar is hosted by the Stronger Communities Network and is an opportunity to explore the challenges for local partnerships of 'Stronger' issues such as community cohesion, inclusion, community engagement and equalities.
The seminar will look at why these issues are important and to look at their implications for our partnerships and our communities - what are the key emerging issues? What's already happening and what actions should partners be taking?
The day will be facilitated by Manny Barot, Head of Professional Studies at the Centre, and will include a number of workshops as well as an opportunity to look around the Centre's exhibitions and gardens including The Journey which is a new, permanent exhibition for primary-aged children.
Lunch and refreshments are included and a more detailed programme will be available shortly.
