I work at Derwent Living (Housing Association) as a Community Regeneration Officer.
I am contacting you today to let you know about a fund that we have available to groups and individuals to apply for up to £500.00 to improve the community where they live. The fund is available for everyone to apply to - the only stipulation is that the project has to improve the community where Derwent Living residents live. (Although Derwent Living is based in Derby, we do have housing in 36 local authority areas).
As you work with community groups, I thought it would be an idea to let you know in case any of your customers may be interested in this.
All applications are submitted to a panel, made up of staff and a customer, on a quarterly basis. If any of your customers wish to apply, they need to complete an application form (one of which is attached) and return it to me.
