Community Involvement Worker
Bassetlaw Rural Children’s Centre x 2 posts (designated base Retford area)
Bassetlaw District Children’s Centre x 2 posts (designated base Hallcroft or
North Worksop)
Salary range: £20895 - £26,982 p.a. (subject to job evaluation)
As a Community Involvement Worker you will be responsible for ensuring the involvement of parents/carers and relevant community groups in the planning, management and delivery of services in the Children’s Centre and to ensure all families and local agencies are regularly informed of activities and services.
You will have a related qualification in community work, education, health, social work, early years or equivalent and experience of working within a community setting using participatory and community development methods, in a paid or unpaid capacity.
N.B These posts will work from a designated base but will be contracted to the Bassetlaw District.
