A few names from the past Tom. I went to school with Tim Coke and Ian Knight both went on to play for the Saints at senior level and i saw Ian Knight play at Bashley a good few Christmases ago for a Saints X1. I also went to college with Nick Traynor (Tommy's Son) who was a good footballer but decided to pursue a different career.
my early memories are of Sydenham and Payne supplying crosses to big Ron and of course the best player I ever saw... a young Mick Channnon.
