Full service history and cherished for all of them Matra Murena is, well its a fabulous looking three seater mid engined sports car, built between 1981 & 1984 in Romarantin when Matra was part of the PSA group.

O.K. its not strictly a Citroen, but part of the family (PSA group) and has a CX 5 speed gearbox.
1982 model with 1.6l engine 197,000 kms (150,000 with me) with new leather interior, looks and drives like new and has been in my in my possession for 17 years. however I cannot fit my three children in with me and so it must go!
Body is fibreglass, the chassis was the first production car to be fully zinc galvanised.
and so the car will never rust!!!
The Murena was the the most aerodynamic car production car when released and is amazingly comfortable for three with a huge boot by sports car standards.
It was produced with either a 1.6l or 2.2l engine
both with 5 speed gearbox however when Renault bought Matra they insisted the Murena stop production as Renault also owned Alpine.
