"Truth in advertising" comes to mind. Try this: You WANT to buy a BMW, you buy what you are told is a BMW from a dealer with a BMW sign out front. The sticker says "BMW", the bill you pay says "BMW", but you get it home and find out it is a Ford Escort. It isn't what was advertised. If there is an offically recognized designation for something you shouldn't be able call something it isn't. That is why the hucksters who sell fake Rolex watches don't try to pass them off as real. Let me sell you some oranges...if they taste like onions, ignore that, I said they are oranges, so you must accept that they are. It's just misrepresentation, and confusing.
