I have a 2 bedroom apt that I need to have subletted by July 1st! I know this is extremly soon, so my roommate and I will take 100$ off Julys rent. The apt is 795$ a month which includes heat and hot water but not lights. (The highest our light bill ever was was 45$ in the winter, our most recent bill was only 35$). The apt has hard wood and tile flooring, it is in the basement of a quiet bulding but has large windows and is really bright! It has a large kitchen and living room, a large master bedroom and one average size bedroom. Please email me to see the apt or call to view 261-2442!!
