I had around 300 from one side and 375 from the other and insurance paid. I was a 34DD to DDD before and now I am a medium B to a C. I just had surgery on June 1st (05). Still in the early recovery stage. They look kind of cone-ish right now but I am happy I had it done. PS said I had lots of loose skin and that was most of my problem (damn kids!!)...
