Hello,
It took me 6 months to have all the brusing go away and for them to feel simi-normal again. I was 48 years old at that time. I had painful spots toward the middle of my left breast and couldn't wear an underwire bra. I also had several cortisone shots to help with the pain. After 6 months for that they finally don't hurt anymore, and I can now wear underwires again,
Give it time,it should get better.
