okay, I've taken a moment to breathe

If anyone can soothe my nerves I am feeling a little reactionary at the moment. I am not as mangled as perhaps I made it seem. The incision around my nipples seems fair enough (clean and basically elliptical), the incision to the base of my breast is pretty straight and clean. But the bottom suturing is all dimpled and bunched and slightly haphazard. Will this bottom seam "fill" out? I wish my PS was more giving with information. I hope you kind folks can help me in the area that she has failed to explain. Happy Holidays to all of you, -Elaine
