Hi.
I think I know what that white tissue is. If it si coming out from the wound, it may be "proud flesh". I had this before, it is when the tissue is trying to grow to fix the hole, but it grown a little bit out of the hole on accident.
All my PS did was "silver nitrate" it. It hurt a bit, it burns the proud flesh so you won't have any more.
