I had my 5 year anniversary on Jan 7, I had no problems with healing and I'm still very happy with the results.
You should have a say in the size, you'll live with the results but it's true that only so much can be removed without putting the blood supply to your breasts at risk.
Free nipple graft is a method that is not used very often anymore, only in very large reductions. I'd suggest that you have consults with at least 2 different ps, it's an important decision and you want to find the doctor that is best for you.
