I have read your board, and i am thinking of getting a BR done. I have a appt. in 2 weeks with a PS. Now my questions are does everyone have compcaltions with there surgey. I'm really worried about my breast and nipples turning black and the skin being dead. Just how common is this problem. Also does the nipples have to be free grafted everytime. I'm a 48dd and would like to be a 44c do you have a say in the size or not.
