HI! My name is Christina.. I had my sugery in August. I am 21 now. Honestly, I was having exactly the same emotions as you are having. I was sooo soo excited to have the surgery done, because like you, i was 5'0 tall, and was wearing at least a DD. However, as the date to sugery got closer, i began to have major doubts. obviouslly, i went through with it, and i dont regret it one bit. It has totally changed my life in every way possible.. I can go to the store, and pick out alomst any shirt.. i have gone from sometimes an XL in shirts, to a M. I have been able to work out much easier, and I know that it has given me so much more confidence and self-esteem with people... the pain and discomfort doesn't last long at all.. i was back to school in a week.. once in a while, they were sore.. but it wasn't bad at all.. that first week, will be a little rough.. well it was for me at least, but in the end its sooo very worth it!!!!
