Hi, firstly, I am in the UK but my ps told me I had to be clear of the pill for six weeks prior to surgery. It carries a higher risk of thrombosis if you are on it when you have surgery I think. Secondly, I was a 38F before my op and I went down to a 38B. My ps removed just over three pounds from my breasts, however, a lot of my size was skin due to the fact that I lost a lot of weight, so I do not know how much is a guide really. Some ladies on this site seem to have lost a lot more than that even though we could be the same size. Have you never weighed your bust? I did it on some kitchen scales once, had an absolutely hilarious time doing it!!!
Speak to your ps or doctor about the pill bit however, I did it because of the risks that I was informed of.
Michelle
