Hi, my ps never said anything about not doing surgery of you have your period. I was told I had to be clear of the contraceptive pill for 6 weeks beforehand, but I do not think periods make any difference. My breasts never change size when I have my period anyway. I think you will probably be okay but I am answering from a British point of view!! I do not know anyone else who has been asked this question and I do not think that our surgeons in the UK worry about that sort of thing!!
