Hi Maria...
I had my surgery on Aug. 28th.. and i couldn't be happier.. however.. a week before the big day.. i was having major second thoughts.. i, like you was also a 36 DD, and now i am down to a C, and you wouldn't even believe how much better it looks.. i get so many more complements from people who barely know me. I've heard alot of cases, especially on this site, of people still being sore, and very scarred this long after surgery, but like i said, i'm at about 1 month and a few weeks, and i feel great, and i've felt great for a while.. i was up and on my feet, and even driving a week after surgery, and now i'm just waiting until next week to join the gym again.. only because my ps made me wait... anyways.. second thoughts ARE normal.. but just keep thinking about how happy you will be when it's over.. good luck!!!
