Really cool boots I can't identify

I acquired a whole bunch of Barbie stuff at an estate sale, including a really cool pair of boots. They're made of a soft fabric/"leather" that is white with yellow diamonds around the top. I can't find anything like them anywhere online. I'm not sure that they're vintage, but they look pretty old. Does anybody know what they might be or where I could find more information? Thanks so much!
