If DNA proves he's a Kennedy, then the story could be very explosive. However, I think it's kind of irresponsible of Vanity Fair to spend so much time legitimizing this guy before getting DNA proof. Remember Anna Anderson, the woman who claimed she was Princess Anastasia? Or the old man in the 1950s who claimed to be Billy the Kid? History is filled with nutcases claiming a genetic link to infamy.
Also, the article mentions nothing of this guy's mother. Does she have anything to say? Or is she conveniently dead?
I'm interested in the story's outcome, but I wouldn't be too surprised if his claim is false and Vanity Fair is embarassed.
I'm not really seeing a physical resemblance to JFK, but maybe it's just the one photo.
