Just saw on People.com that Paris Hilton's younger brother has been arrested for drunk driving and carrying a fake license.
WTF is wrong with this family? And not to get all "back in my day" about this, but didn't drunk driving used to be, you know, kind of a big deal? Now it seems like every no talent celebrity with a license has gotten a DUI and there's not alot of public concern.
