My friend and I are taking the leap into the world of Pilates starting tomorrow....I am hoping that this turns into a good workout and builds back some muscle in my ab/back area. I really want to feel better but also be toned and a little more defined. I don't need to lose any weight per say but definitely need to lose some flab.
I will let you know how it goes for me. Maybe we could keep each other encouraged.
