Well as long as there is not a note and the levels probably where not high with each drug but just high enough combined then he probably forgot what he took and then took some more of something else and you end up dead.
This is not the end of it though. It is now being reported in the Post that while he had oxicodin in system as well as percacet (sp?), there was none of that found in the apartment.
The Feds now want to know who decided to clean the apartment before the police arrived to secure the scene. Someone either walked out with the scrips or dumped them down the loo, and they are not happy about it.
I am putting my money on the message therapist. That might explain the 9 minuets and the 4 phone calls to the olson girl....
