yes, many use drugs, not most, it's hard to be in good form everyday for a show if you're wasted. That said, there can be a lot of down time between jobs! Heath was definitely using.
Re Britney--I think this whole thing is a gross violation of her civil rights. Heath, and Brad Renfro were in far far worse shape than she is, and yet she gets locked up; I think it's disgusting, and I hope she sues the pants off the county when she gets out. As well as her father if he steals any of her money.
