They're protesting Heath's role in Brokeback Mountain. That is, if they can get travel visas - the Australian government might deny them if they think the Phelps family will cause trouble.
Also, People is very fast with their issues. When Princess Diana died, they stopped the presses mid-issue and created an entirely new one just for her, in like two days.
