Pavlos is indeed known as a womanizer in many circles. He's quite discreet, however. Which I'm told (and who knows if this is really true) his Father once told him 'if you cheat, be discreet' or something like that. He has supposedly had flings w several blue-blooded English women as well as a "super-model" (who, I don't know) and several very wealthy Greek women. Depending on who you listen to, MC either knows about it and turns the other cheek or has no proof, though I'm sure she has heard the whispers. There have also been rumours out of London over the past few months (since mid summer) that their marriage isn't doing well but MC has said she would never get divorced 'cuz she's the only one of the 3 sisters still married.
