Posted by alex b on 9/14/2007, 4:15 am Though I don't usually comment on colossal celebrity mishaps of the third kind, this month, I chose to write about Britney Spears 'VMA performance-- an extremely surprising and massive "oops" on the pop culture radar, and one that surprised me enough to put my own commentary forth, titled: "Oh, She Didn't Again". Unlike the flood of Britney media already present in print and on the Internet about it-- ones that have "serious" things to say about Britney's career and so forth-- "Oh, She Didn't Again" is a play-by-play reaction piece based on how my friend Rudy and I felt as we watched the VMA's, and includes some afterthoughts from the day after. Musical predictions are for the experts; as a columnist, I write of what I see, and as a chick who still digs "I'm A Slave 4 U" for bootyshaking reasons, I was shocked. Thus, I hope you take a look at "Oh, She Didn't Again" and enjoy it. Please send me any feedback you've got about it, for I would love to know what you think.
