Help for the training of 37 novices of the Dominican Sisters of Saint Rose of Lima
The Dominican Sisters of Saint Rose of Lima have their mother house in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) and have been blessed with a great many new vocations. This year, in fact, they have 37 novices who are now preparing for their future work in the parishes. During their training they all need to be fed and housed. Then there is the cost of their formation, which is provided by 12 teachers, and then of course for their educational materials as well. All in all, the annual cost of training these novices comes to around $30,000 each year, only around half of which the congregation can afford to pay. For the rest, the sisters are dependent on the support of their benefactors. That is why their novice mistress has turned to the Catholic charity Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) for help.
