1. Panasonic proprietary phones have to have assigned all the phisycal lines programed into a CO button on that PT(proprietary...) in order to be able to access all the lines(if no other restrictions are applied. So assign every trunk to a flexible CO button and you'll be able to access all the co lines when you dial 9(provided that you put them in service from the programming menu nr 400). Also dialing 81, 82.... 88 you actually hunt for a line in a group rather than an individual line, so those to lines(1 and 2) have to be the only ones in the groups 81 and 82 in order to be sure that it will be elected upon dialing 81 or 82(prog....401).
