I agree TWA is a great system. If you do not need the TDA features stay with TWA. My only concern is that I wonder if PAN is trying to standardize on one platform such as TDA since TWA is just in the USA.
TDA is very similar to the TWA and as far a tech doing the install and calling Panasonic that is for initial install. You do a backup of the system as you would the TWA. Parts are readily available which you can purchase. You can install cards if you wish. You can configure just like an TWA. So other than initial install TDA and TWA are very similar, that is the part that scares me. If you where a vendor and had two very similar systems would you keep both for long? I know TWA is fairly new but who knows what PAN has planned.
