
Posted by Ed on October 19, 2005, 10:09 pm I have a KX-TA824 connected to CO Lines w/ digital features, thus needing a '9' to dial a number. In the '824 manual, it says we should be able to run our PBX behind "their" PBX. At this moment I'm simply trying to get our PT's (7731's) to be able to select the CO by CO button, dial and outside telephone number, and not have to dial the '9'. Have entered the '9' as the PBX Access Code on the 'TA824' via program [403], but no luck. Still have to dial the '9' to get an outside number...
