*94 plus the voicemail extension number can be programmed on the phone for Voicemail transfer. This information is located in the Operating Manual.
Ports 1 & 2 are on the same connection so if you plug a line cord into line 1 on the TDA it is ports 1&2 and if you plug a line cord into line 2 it is Ports 3&4.
If you go into the TVA and on the toll bar access the Utilities you find a DIAG for the ports there you will see which ports are actually connected and working.
