Help! This is a residential installation (my home) -- where I have a KXTD816 KSU and a KXTVS50 voice processor. Everything had been working fine for a long time until (i) Verizon had a service interruption for several days and (ii) the burglar alarm service guy changed our alarm service CO line from CO1 to CO3. Now, when the CO line rings on either line 1 or line 3, it cuts off after about 2 rings. If you answer the phone before it cuts off, you can have a normal conversation but if you don't, then the line is dead. It is as if there is an intercept after 1 ring, but I disconnected the voice processor and still have the same results. I powered off the KSU and also did a system restart, and the problem persists. Ideas please!!!
