Hmmm losing 13 hours is the same as losing ONE hour to a clock that has a funny offset and we're observing daylight savings time. The first call after 3:05 AM sets the system time if you turn on the CID time set option. It's hard to find, but it's feature 152, Automatic time adjustment. Just go into it and set it to DISABLE for now.
I had one of those, and it was so totally random, I finally found it was my 8x8 (nee Packet 8) box that was set for Pacific Time, so only the first call of the day on that line changed the time to the wrong one. They gave me the sequence to get into the box and change it.
