I have the calls coming in answered by a CS which checks the date/time, if valid plays a greeting then rings an extension, if outside the date/time it plays a different message then directs the call to VM.
I only really need one extension, but need to be able to answer any of the phones when they ring (i work in 1 of 4 different areas on different floors)
Question one, from my reading it appears that if you use the TVA50 you can only ring one phone - this seems to be a major design flaw if thats the case, you'd have to run all over to answer the one ringing phone. Anyway around this (if my assumption is correct)?
Question two, I can get the MW light working on the PT's but SLT's is another issue. The only way to know if a message is waiting is to pick up the phone and listen for the stuttered dial tone... Is there a 'trick' to this or ???
