We just upgraded our Voice Mail Processor on our phone system to the TVA-50 from a TVS-200. We have the LAN card in the TVA-50 primarily so we can receive Voice Mail attachments in email. We love the feature but our caller ID is somehow not being sent from the D1232 (KX-TD193 card is installed and we see caller ID displayed on our phones)to the TVA-50. I had the installers come back out and we did a system trace and we did not see the caller id information show up in the traces. They did not have an answer and we did check all the settings in the TVA-50 making sure the caller ID features were turned on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
