A friend of mine has a Panasonic KXTA624 system in his home. COX did an upgrade to his dial tone service and since they did that upgrade, his wife's recorded greeting doesn't play anymore. His wife died last year and he would like to retrieve that greeting and have it play. Sentimental reasons. Can anyone help? Thanks.
