It appears as if the message callers hear after no answer from anyone in the ICD group, is the automated attendant as best I can figure from the documentation. It says in the Glossary document for the KX-TVA50 VPS that the "Automated Attendant feature of the VPS requests the caller to enter an extension number and then the VPS dials the number." the message heard is exactly what I posted originally - I'm digging through the FEATURES documentation now to see if I can come up with a location and method of modifying the Automated Attendant feature's "Outgoing message" I really appreciate any assistance offered here - all I want to do is let callers hear a company branded message and invitation to leave a general voicemail if they don't get a person answering the phone...
