Our church has two cordless phones as part of our EncoreCX system. I just purchased a replacement for one of them that quit working (from Ablecomm.) Multi line cordless. Can I just plug it in or do I have to do some kind of reprogramming and if so, where would I get that information? Do I need to call a service tech? That's a problem because the ones we've called seem to be learning on the job at the expense of our church. Sorry to be so blunt but it's true.
