Unfortunately they are not. The manuals explain forwarding, and explain answer time delays, and the newer version included with the newer console release explains how to turn off the FWD/DND light on the phones (although not in the printed manuals). The manuals do not however explain the correct setup for a group mailbox for multiple extensions, and they don't explain why any function keys keep flashing when those keys are used a shortcuts to extensions with Busy/NA forwarding enabled. The manuals do nto explain the pros/cons between NA call forwarding and delayed answer by VPS extension, etc.
The "cheat" sheets provided by Ablecomm for setting this up for other combinations (e.g. http://www.voiceprocessor.info/624-ans.htm) are extremely clear, easy to read, and helpful but they don't cater for the combination referenced which is also a common setup.
