Multiple Line Hunt with Caller ID from Cable Company

Our cable company, RCN, is telling us they can't provide Hunt feature along with caller id for multiple lines. Is this fact or fiction? Anyone know of a workaround? We'd love to go with cable phone service but PBX without hunt and caller id is kind of lousy. Can the TVA50 be programmed to fake hunt?
