We are not able to pick up hold calls to back office phones from front office phones. We have had the phone company out here several times and they tell us the lines are clear and working. Is there something we can do to be able to pick up calls from all/any of the phones? This has been a nightmare of a problem! We have been working with At&T for Months on this. Please let me know if there is any thing our phone system itself can be programmed or re-set to do. Thank you. We have had these phones for ten years at this office.
