Have a custom service menu that will not transfer calls to an extension. (via ext number or press 1 for ...) Caller gets an error message then returns to same custom service menu. will allow transfers to operator and transfer directly to an extensions mailbox. (push 2 to leave a message) I set up a test custom service menu and same thing, no transfers to extensions. (Yes i have cfbna to the vm system 165 on each ks) something stupid i hope. thanks much in advance.
