TVS50 Call Queuing

Hi I Was Wondering If Anyone Knows How To Enable Call Queuing From Your Phone On The TV50 As I Cannot Hook It Up To The Computer.. Right Now it says sorry this line is busy if you would like to hold press 1... I would like it to say you are currently caller .... waiting to connect... thank you
